CNM was contacted during the revetment construction to complete the perched beach, deck, and patios.
The project extended to include rebuilding of the stairs, complete with customized steel fabrication of hand and guard rails, landings, and installation of a tram to the beach. Once the hardscape and shore protection were complete, a native planting plan was introduced to beautify and help stabilize the soil and reduce further erosion. A maintenance plan ensures proper functioning and beauty!
Extending the quarry stone above the sea wall was a creative way to further repair erosion and stabilize the bluff, while also providing outdoor living space where the homeowners can enjoy all the lakefront has to offer!
